Data Columns in the SuperWASP Time Series Table

The NASA Exoplanet Archive provides access to the public SuperWASP light curves from Data Release One. See the SuperWASP page for more information on the SuperWASP data products available at the NASA Exoplanet Archive.

The following table lists all of the data columns in the SuperWASP Time Series table (superwasptimeseries) that can be returned through the Exoplanet Archive's Application Programming Interface (API).

If you have questions about the structure or use of this table in the archive format, submit a Helpdesk ticket.

Target Labels and Flags

Database Column Name Table Label Description
sourceid Source ID SuperWASP Object ID
ra RA [decimal degrees] Right Ascension of the target in decimal degrees
dec Dec [decimal degrees] Declination of the target in decimal degrees
hjdstart Start HJD [days] Date of first point in light curve. The time system is the number of days since a Heliocentric Julian Date relative to the reference HJD.
hjdstop End HJD [days] Date of last point in light curve. The time system is the number of days since a Heliocentric Julian Date relative to the reference HJD.
hjd_ref Reference HJD [days] Reference HJD for the hjdstart and end_time database entries.
obsstart Calendar Start Time Calendar Date time-stamp of first point in light curve.
obsstop Calendar End Time Calendar Date time-stamp of last point in light curve.
tstart Start Time Time in seconds of the first point in light curve since the reference HJD.
tstop Stop Time Time in seconds of the last point in light curve since the reference HJD.
wasp_mag WASP-band [mag] Apparent magnitude of the target in the WASP bandpass - CCD White light in first year, and a broadband 400-700 nm filter thereafter.
npts Points in Light Curve Number of data points in light curve. Must be at least one.
tile Survey Tile Subdivision of DR1 targets for survey processing
